Die DiBu-Bevölkerungsbefragung erhebt die Einstellungen gegenüber der Bundesverwaltung für verschiedene Bevölkerungsgruppen wie Personen mit Migrationsgeschichte, ostdeutscher Herkunft, nicht-christlicher Religionszugehörigkeit, nicht-cisgeschlechtlicher Identität, nicht-heterosexueller Orientierung, Personen mit köperlichen/psychischen Beeinträchtigungen und/oder chronischen Krankheiten, mit Fürsorgeverantwortung oder mit niedrigem Einkommen. Dabei stehen insbesondere die Attraktivität der Bundesverwaltung als potenzieller Arbeitgeber im Fokus, wobei diese auf Grundlage der Erhebung auch in Vergleich zu anderen Arbeitgebern gesetzt werden kann.&lt;/p&gt;
